PEAK No. 15 NASCAR driver Clint Bowyer started P5 in the Auto Club 400 in Fontana, CA. Bowyer was running P2 with two laps to go but a cut tire caused the No. 15 to spin, forcing him to pit. No. 55 Brian Vickers started P19, running side by side with Bowyer for most of the race and ended up P7. Danica Patrick finished P14.
